Even though the color white may seem the least interesting of all colors, in the additive color theory white is actually the combination of all colors. So the next time you see a ‘little white butterfly’ and want to identify it, remember, it is anything but just another boring white butterfly. Large White Butterfly
Another beautiful white butterfly is the White Morpho which is actually a native of Mexico, only rarely straying into Arizona. However, years ago, I saw this magnificent butterfly at Cincinnati’s Kohn Conservatory annual butterfly show.
