Four years ago my sister-in-law who lived in Cyprus passed away. So the family flew to Cyprus for the funeral and we stayed at my brother’s house. The night before the funeral this huge butterfly flew into the house and flew upstairs and landed on this picture hanging on the wall on the landing.

We tried everything to get this butterfly out of the house but it would not budge. We all went to bed that night with the butterfly still perched on the picture. Everything was closed up; windows doors, etc. In the morning (the day of the funeral) when we all woke up and the house was still closed up, this butterfly was nowhere to be seen it had just disappeared. We felt that my sister-in-law had come to say her final goodbye.
